Plants are hugely efficient at creating energy from sunlight. Now researchers are trying to capture sunlight to make hydrogen the same way.

On the combustibility of hydrogen, a comment was made about the Hindenburg accident. Recent analysis has shown that a lot of what was burning in the footage was not the hydrogen, but the skin of the vehicle, which was essentially painted with thermite.
