Hi there!
I'm completely new to this forum, so forgive me if this is not, in the correct category.
So... A friend and I wanna build a generator for a mini turbine we're putting together (

But, we'd prefer for the generator to not be bigger than about 6 cm ~ 2,3 inches wide and long (no depth restriction). At first I figured we'd
just make a normal electromagnetic generator, connected to the turbine by a small shaft. However, will this work at all, on such a small scale?
And how do we acquire a magnet that small, that can still produce energi at all? I'm very unsure about, how to make a such generator on a
that small scale (practically). If you guys have any ideas (not restricted to electromagnetic generators), I would really appreciate a helping
hand here!
The purpose is to light up a small LED or heat some cobber wire abit. Really hope you guys have any ideas, as I am lost here. Thanks!

I take it from your video that you guys figured it out, using a small DC motor as a generator.
