You get charged £300 more than you should of because the letting agent (who was very sweet and quite cute which didn't hurt [

] ) charges you the whole hog. I was only meant to pay £100 for the admin fees but oooops £400 out of my account, £300 was meant to come from my mates who I'm gonna be living with [xx(]

I didn't even know I had that much in there [

I might have to tell her that I expect a butt grope for the trouble.....I know how to compromise.......can't you tell!!!!
