Neil - I sneezed so unexpectantly tonight that I popped my back. I kinda liked it. Saved me a trip to the chiropractor. []
Powerful enough to launch certain air borne viruses. My personal example of sneeze power: I was eating a piece of raisin pie and in an failed attempt to completely swallow before the sneeze, I launched a raisin up around the bend and down and out. Now that hurt, although it appeared to cause no damage.
"The travel velocity of a sneeze can be as much as 100 mph?! For this reason, children and adults are all being taught to sneeze into the inner bend of their arm at the elbow, rather than into their hands, or worse yet, directly into the air near other people!"This is a quote from the net and it rings true from our Health department and my last Health and prevention two weeks or so ago!Others report Velocity of 145 to 165 KM/H.. Not sure in miles per hour what that would be...I am no good on conversions!
