But the reason I am posting again is earlier I was a bit upset and sick as a dog, still sick, but Just now noticed the beautiful picture of the rainbow!! That is very lovely! I really like it alot Daniel.. Thanks  I really do love rainbows!! I must have them they make me feel GOOD!

Have you ever thought or tried sleeping tablets?

I've thought about them before but I'd rather try and find a more natural way. A hot bath with lavender bubble bath is usually  a good trick, although then I tend to do the sleeping in the tub  [] []

Dan..I've been not sleeping longer than yu've been alive....yep..sleepy tabs I take as a last resort.just like i did 35minutes ago !!!

I can't sleep, I think I will try and force myself in a bit.

It sounds like you have a bug similar to one I had a couple of years ago. I couldn't hold anything down and if I had anything to eat or drink sure enough that would come back to haunt me. Good thing was I was able to watch a great Shark documentary on TV  []
