I am so glad you are up and running! I did not know one needed so many fans in their computer! I have one I think. I can see into mine as one side is done in a clear panel to allow veiw! I would guess you probably have 3 fans in your computer - that is normal. One fan deep inside, sitting atop the processor, one fan that is part of the power supply unit, and another fan on the back of the case. Often, the power supply fan (right next to where the power cord comes in) is the most obvious from the back of the machine.

Sometimes one can put a second fan on the back of the machine, but since my machine already has a 120mm fan at the back, I cannot fit a second one there (most machines have 80mm fans, and you can then fir a second). You can add one or two fans at the front of most machines to help draw air in, and I have put two fans there (since I have 3 hard disks there, at least it helps push air past the hard disks), and I also have a separate fan on the side of the case.
