My answer is no.  It is a private fight between you and some 'allergens'...
The worst form of allergy I can imagine, as you probably know, is cod liver oil allergy!

Allergies are not themselves contagious, but we don't always know what causes the allergy (I don't mean the actual attack, but what causes someone who was insensitive to an allergen to becoming sensitive to that allergen), and I could imagine that in some cases that might initially be caused by an infection that triggers an immune response that later becomes confused with the allergen.

Interestingly, almost everyone I was around yesterday, Tarek, Valen, Ida, Steiven had the same issue...I have a feeling though I am the only one who is well all ready as I noticed they were drinking carbonated beverages, eating junk food, and still have no idea how they had an appetite for the such...it will be interesting....well, i did forget Tarek was eating his own food....not junk...so we will see...

Everyone is still sneezing and hacking while I am very well...tortilla soup, chicken soup, chicken soup, tortilla soup, water,water,water,one ibuprofen to combat sore throat from drainage when it was first sore, herbal tea, herbal tea, herbal tea, carnation milk breakfast...for the fat to aid immune system, okay, I did have some ice cream dibs...but did you expect me to be good the whole entire time...lol  I am completely well...also, took a sudafed strip non drowsy, which still made me feel drowsy yesterday....everyone is still sick...oh, I will change out my toothbrush tomorrow too...so I don't go back through this again...YEAH NO DOCTOR!!!

Karen, I know you will be reading this...but black and green tea are good when you are sick...but there are factors that may cause other issues while taking this tea that can occur when you are sick...i just can't remember where we were talking about tea...but just read upon this today...Peppermint tea is still the best...

Yeah, I will be reading this.. LOL You know me well! Itried all three the other day when sick, just couln't even keep water down.. am feeling much better. just a bit of nasel congestion and chest congestion, always wants to hold on and make me cough all that nasty stuff out! Yikes I hate being sick and am glad am feeling so much better!
