I don't, generally, regard "additives" as a bad thing per se... food with too many colourings or sweetners tend to be rather nasty, but I'm all in favour of many types of preservative (means I have to spend less of my time shopping).
"Additives" is a pretty broad term... all sort of things have E numbers.

i didnt mean to say that your post about additives had a negative connotation- rather i was making a social observation. weve all seen the juice ads; "who wants all those ADDITIVES and PRESERVATIVES in their juice?"
