We no longer have kmart...targets shoes do not fare well on my feet..pretty reasonable...drats!  I do spend money on my shoes so I can enjoy the comfort and wish targets shoes would feel compatiable...

Money is no object when it comes to shoes, if I want them, and can think of atleast two outfits I can wear them with, I buy them.

$20!!!!! thats £10!! i don't know about the US, but if you bought a pair in the UK for that price they'd rapidly fall apart.

having said that, I tend to get a lot of mine in sales, and have bought some nice shoes for not that much more. my most expensive (~£50) were my brown boots that I wear about 5 times a week. I've had them a year so far, and apart from needing a bit of a polish they're still absolutely fantastic!

I think I'm with Meg about the reasons for being a shoe fetishist. its the same with jewellery, you don't need to be a size 8 (US 4) or less to buy them!

the only problem is that my feet are average size, so I'm usually limited for choice!
