Well if anyone is a little less impatient than my dear Sir here and is actually interested, this is a gland in the throat of a camel i took the pic myself in Indian. When they are in mating season, the biggest camel makes a gurgling sound and all of a sudden coughs up this thing from its throat which is enlarged only when they are looking for a mate. And somehow the females find this attractive, ewwww!
