It is located in Northern California.. ie, "Eureka" "Humboldt Bay Nuclear Power plant".. Old PG&E..(Pacific Gas and electric) Decommissioned these days..though..

Looked on the NRC website and it shows that it was shutdown in 1976, so a bit before my time in the industry. It only prduced 65 MW - I'm used to a 1200 MW plant, so must have been pretty small.
