Erm... Is that the credit card pin number thing? I know it doesn't look like that where I live, but in London, I dunno! You know, when you buy stuff with credit cards in the UK, you can now shove your card up the top and just shove the pin number in and easy voila!

Its a piece of paper that was light blue in colour and magnified 60 times.
A picture in a newspaper would be similar.
