It looks like a ladies monthly panty liner, (pad) Ultra thin, with that wood fibery stuff inside of it! But magnified alot! You know with the absorbant little holes and the brown the fibery stuff under the liner cover...LOL Oh well I tried..LOL

Just a bit of light blue paper, sorry but I don't have the original piece to compare it with as this was done last year.

Get a piece of news print under a magnifying glass and you can see that its made of dots!
Almost the same colour as the blue page border on the left.
