what dietary supplement to choose ?
« on: 15/01/2007 07:09:58 »
I have a project for this semester to write about any dietary supplement.

As there is a plethora of those , I was confused which one to choose.

Do you have any idea about a "hot" dietary supplement.

I am thinking of glyconutrients !

Any advice or suggestions.

Thanks

Capsaicin (red-chilli pepper) should be "hot" enough
as a supplement, don't you think?
If you live in a temperate climate and it's winter,
sunshine is a rarity...well, go for cod liver oil:
a relic from the past for some,
number-one-super-food for others!
By the way, there is a CLO topic
right HERE
