Mars 2112....

.... is a Fantasy/ Reality 35,000 square foot, Bi-Level, multidemensional restaurant and bar.
MARS 2112, located at the corner of 51st Street & Broadway in the Times Square district, marks the debut of the "Multi-sensory Dining," a giant step forward in the evolution of theme-restaurant "eatertainment." An intergalactic shuttle transports guests to the Red Planet for an extraterrestrial, culinary experience they will never forget. The Mars 2112 planetary journey is a spectacular mingling of reality and fantasy, a 35,000-square-foot, bi-level, multi-dimensional, immersive environment that catapults travelers to a completely new world. This is a journey to sheer delight, guaranteed to stimulate travelers' imagination and tantalize each of their five known senses--while awakening the sixth.

I didn't think licensing laws allowed the sale of alcohol on Mars.

All joking aside, would what planet you were on affect how quickly you got drunk ?

And if so why?

So the answer is... on Earth.

On Mars you're going to suffocate pdq - <1/100 of our air pressure and very little oxygen. You won't live long enough to get drunk!

well...... so that's a good answer yes and what would make even better is lets say we have life support. but nothing else. what then?

I am trying to see how if within a human friendly environment on Mars,  how it would lead to a change in the way alcohol is absorbed into the body and how it effects  the human body !

Unless gravity has a direct correlation to how how the body deals with alcohol then I would say that it would make no difference.

We need a GP whose Practise is in a bar on Mars to answer here...lets hope one passes by.
