I did feel very bad after eating a piece of garlic. I got very constipated. I think garlic attack a bacteria E. coli producing constipation and pois symthoms, in my case.
Today i'm on Day 2 . I have a nice improvement of my symptoms with my current diet, for the first time since more 10 years. Maybe 30-40% better. Less flu-like state, more concentration. I'm more and more confident to break the POIS.
Nope. Haven't tried phenelzine. I do take Cymbalta, but what seems to work best for me are the ADD-type stimulants, which can become addictive. They do have a potential for abuse, so it's a wee bit scary. I do drink a lot of coffee along with the stimulants, probably not the healthiest thing. But all in all, it's good.

Proteins/carbs ratio might have an influence on cortisol, steroids and neurotransmiters.
