In defense of [testosterone] injections, which I'm doing now for a few years, the dosage is easier to manipulate precisely, and it can be done once a week. (I personally don't experience significant spikes). Also patches can irritate the skin and fall off easily! At least that's what I experienced. Good to have options- to find the one that works for you...
