Demo : For vitamin C, the best thing seems to take several time vitamin C all the day to keep vitamin C stable level in blood. Maybe 4 x 500mg is not enough. I'l try 4 x 1000mg.Vitamin C may be more absorbed with low glycemic food. (According to Dr John Ely theory, high blood sugar has a negative effect on Vitamin C move).Science says vitamin C will not help your flu if you don't make exercice. I say science sometimes is wrong []I think the extra vitamin C will help the flu in some conditions (stress and why not ... Pois).
Dr David Goldmeier he is so nice, i wish more american doctors were like him.
Wow, this is a very encoraging response from a health professional! If Dr Goldmeier is willing to look into POIS cases here in the UK, I'm looking forward to asking for assistance.Been a little busy with some other things, so not really been posting here, but I am looking into why Testosterone is offering me great relief from POIS, it's just over a week since last O and I can say I'm recovered from POIS.Will construct an email to him tomorrow, I have lots of blood work and a history of post ejaculation symptoms from a very early age in my medical records, wish me luck!
If I lived in the UK I would walked to dr. Goldmeier.

I don't know how to address this exactly, but we certainly can't expect Dr Goldmeier to work "for free."Maybe Dr Goldmeier will bring it up as he evaluates each of our cases. But I wanted to share my thoughts about this with everyone. I'm sure that no one wants to take advantage of Dr Goldmeier's goodwill.
One of the symptoms I have after an O. is stabbing in the top of the penis. Could this be a reaction of a pinched or damaged nerve?
Day 0, hour 4: I took a combination of Salbutrex, Energy Drinks, Multivitamin pill, and salt right after the fantastic event, seems like the cocktail's working. Much less "fog" than usual, and an overdose of energy which is pretty unusual in the first day after an O.
I'm starting to believe that POIS is caused by constricted blood vessels, and what we feel is the affects of that. We all might may have some hypertension, the result of adrenaline in the blood that constricts vessels. Orgasm releases hormones, causing this reaction again and again.I've been looking stuff up and I am now trying to do whatever I can to "open" these vessels, if this theory is somewhat correct. I've been going to the sauna at my gym. Stretching my neck and head, sometimes even shaking my head until it hurts in order to dilate vessels. Also I've been drinking decaffeinated hot tea with added ginger. Ginger is supposed to dilate vessels. Also I have been taking garlic. And the nutmeg that I was taking before is used to lower blood pressure.Right now I feel terrific, but will update when my next "O" comes.

Pyro, Demo used the expression "jet-lag effect". I think he's right, I feel the same effect. Pois may affect circadian rhythm.

And thats why I think Xantinol Niacinate helps me, I think it acts as vasodilator drug, e.g. widens blood vessels. It helps me, but I don't really know why. I would want to have some clinics tests that would support or reject the idea. But I'm not sure what clinics tests should I take.
Anything from Waldinger as of late?
