I have the results of my blood tests:-eosinophils : 8.00% / 617/mm^3 (20 to 400 normal)-erythrocytes : 5.79 (4.5 to 5.7 normal)-hemoglobin : 17.9 (13 to 17)-hematocrit : 54.1% (42% to 52%)-serum iron : 245 (70 to 180 normal)-IgE amount : 176 (normal , less than 120)I confirm i have a food allergy or i would say "intolerance" and it arrived at the same time as POIS. Or Pois arrived some months after i felt bad during a meal! As i have all the symptoms of POIS and gluten intolerance, i know it is gluten intolerance sure for 99%I will see a specialist of allergies tomorrow and say more about consequences from gluten on the brain. Am waiting but i am also looking for ways to try testosterone and looking for openminded doctor that is willing to use the paper and other ways to help pois.
I tried Aleve (Naproxen). Maybe I have 50 % less symptoms. But I didn't have an O. in weeks. So that could affect it too. And I don't know what the effect of the sleeping pill is. Positive or negative? I will test Aleve next week again.
I am glad that naproxen helped some of you, I don't have pain or any discomfort while on it but I am not satisfied. Many people here talk about vitamin D, taking vitamin D will help you only IF in the summer you don't have POIS. In the summer you get around 10,000 IU/day that is 250ug.Testosterone is useless on POIS, I tried it the only thing that it does it helps muscle growth and it gets you really horny and if that leads to ejaculation it is BAD, but on the upside you fell real good.
I have also been using Aleve (naproxen) to treat POIS symptoms over the last two or three weeks. During that time I've had two NE's and two O's (one of which I had last night). Aleve seems to significantly reduce physical symptoms (mainly muscle aches). Although it does not fight psychological symptoms (mood, anxiety, depression, brain fog), I've found that they're reduced simply due to the reduction of physical symptoms -- i.e. less physical fatigue/pain = better overall mood and improved concentration. Also, several weeks ago I increased my Wellbutrin dosage to 250mg, which affects dopamine. I am interested to see how these treatments affect my most recent O.
Hello everybody! It’s been a while since my last post, but I’m back with some good news (probably). It’s really interesting that Vandemolen3 also mentioned it a couple of days ago.Let me explain you shortly my experience:I’m taking it with caution because I don’t want to generate false expectations to anyone. We guess that there could be more than one kind of POIS, and there could probably be more than one way to treat it as well.I’ve been taking Dapoxetine (30mg pills) with very good results for the past two to three months. They were prescribed by my andrologist, and I’ve tested it during this period on nine opportunities with the same good results.I can say that my POIS symptoms almost disappear when I take this pill. The only side effects that I have are a little dizziness after taking it and some insomnia that same night, but nothing else.In conclusion I can say that I feel between 70 to 90% better when I take it, so for me it’s an enormous improvement []Hope it works for many more!Regards,Mat

I hope you will get to 100 %. Did you had premature ejaculation in the past? I don't. Maybe that's why Paxil didn't help against the POIS. And Paxil is about serotonin. Paxil gave a few POIS-symptoms like a swollen throat and tongue. And insomnia.
Well, I think the reason I don't feel 100% better the next day is because of the insomnia side effect.Anyway, I can say that I'm starting to feel like a normal person probably feels the day after []

Some people take it only before an O. How is this possible? Because if someone has only 1 O. in a week then this means that this person doesn't use dapoxetine in 6 days. And when you stop with serotonin you can have withdrawal symptoms. And how often do you take the dapoxetine?
If it Vanmdelmons doctor is right and dapoxetine is what is used at dr waldingers hospital then maybe dr waldinger has found something new because i dont see why he will wait till paper come if the results of his reasearch is on the hospitals website.
