The diagrams appear to show a closed system of pipes in a ring.

The forces acting outward in any direction are balanced by the forces acting outward in the opposite direction.
I see no net linear force which could produce a linear motion in space.

I also don't get why any of the above would prduce anything at all.

Whilst i have imagined a steam turbine driving a dynamo using centrapetal forces to get the boiler and condensor bits to work either side of the solar collector I cannot see any way a net force can be produeced which would shatter Newton's laws.
