Any help would be greatly appreciated Here is my nutrition/science question. Are any of the below ingredients a 'polyol monoester of a fatty acid' and/or a 'monoglyceride' (or even contain one of these ingredients during formation)?

Eryithritol
Fructose
Sodium Bicarbonate
Corn Starch
Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate
Monocalcium Phosphate
Sea Salt
Cane Syrups
Buttermilk Powder
