How do the micro-organisms that live on us and in us affect how healthy we are? And what do they do for us biochemically. In this special "Science Night" (second hour) edition of the Naked Scientists for BBC Radio 5 Live, aired originally on 30th December 2012, we talk to microbiologists Jo Verran, Liz Sockett and Justin Sonnenberg to find out, as well as building a laser pointer-powered microscope to investigate what's lurking in the lavatory (and the BBC Blue Peter Pond).
