Why can I never recall my dreams?
What do you think?

Dreams are transient memories. When you're dreaming, your subconscious system is fully active and working, preventing you to become self-aware of your dreams.

One more thing, since our eyes are closed while we dream, the brain is isolated from visible electromagnetic waves, but we can still experience dreams mentally. This is evidence that electrical signals in the brain are transduced into weak electromagnetic waves (biophotons) into the visible range. Once we wake up, the holographic-like state of biophotons is replaced with visible electromagnetic waves. (light)
