The obvious happens ....
Like every leaf of a tree, there is a unique form
And as each person has a unique facial shape
Thus each circle has a unique shape
A unique circle shape is the shape of its rounded line, more or less bent
The quantitative expression of the circle shape is a unique number between 3.1416 and 3.164
The result: the idea that pie is fixed in all circles will disappear from the world.
A new fixed number will replace it
PI maximum  / PI minimum = 1.007
1.007 will also appear in the physical field

The question makes as little sense as saying what would happen if 3 changes to 4.
