So, either the CIA has authority on the FBI narratives or ISIS is a pure fabrication of our "intelligence agencies".

- alleged shooter was a white male in both cases (no variations)
- age variations
- automatic assault rifle (las vegas) vs semi-automatic rifle (quebec)
- no clear motives (las vegas) vs "spontaneous radicalization" (quebec)
- mental illness/gambling/drinking behavior? (yes)
- fake crisis actors (las vegas) ?
- shooter commited suicide (las vegas)
- shooter is alive (quebec)
