You pick an image from the net co to photobucket .com create a free account then send your image there and upload it. Then when you scroll down you will see the image, copy and paste the full top htttp URL and then go to your profile click on the image icon the little square under the bold edit tool. then go click between the imaging brackets and paste your url.. I think it cant be more then 128 whatevers to work.. ask neil or go to how to put pictures on this site..LOL
