Thank EWE Kareny Mam,

I was actually thinking about the very thing ewe suggested about freezing sauces because I made the best sauce I had ever made the other day...using the wine, garlic cloves, onions, chicken stock, seasoning and a little bit of thyme !!..BOY !!..it knocked us out out it was soooo good !!.....

yummy...my mouth so watering just thinking about it !!

Yumm you should write me some more precise instructions so I can try it! type of wine etc. amounts etc... Better yet you can send me some LOL.. can it up mail it off and I will enjoy it when it comes...LOL.... I bet it was yummy...making me hungry!

Lol.. If you find any pictures on the internet or on this site which you want to upload. Simply right click on the photo, then click properties. There, you will find the URL format of it, and simply copy that into the (img)(/img) bit. Easier than uploading it on some site and getting the URL!

I do know that way...but then you're relying on the stability of the source site to maintain that page with the piccys address.

I've done it a few times only to find that the page I linked to has changed or been moved..at least with a photo hosting you're virtually guaranteed that the picture will never move.........but ..YOUR way is extremely quick ...there's no doubt about that !!
