Oh....LOL. Nah, that was a mild workout for him. That little guy is tough, but usually about 3-4 times a week he works out with sensei (the big guy in the background). He hits & kicks hard! He also hits him in the belly & legs with the rattan bo staff. Watching those workouts is very difficult for me.

This is Otis Grown.. LOL Bob came and got him today and took him to the bay and walking...took some pictures of him.. he was sad to get left in the car by the road.. LOL!
