The Idea of a god is of any entity that can manipulate the universe in a manner not controlled by the observed laws of science.
This puts it outside the possibility of any proof of its existence by any scientific means.

Maybe, God is simply a name we give to something akin to David Bohmâ€™s â€œImplicate Orderâ€.
The trouble comes when people start assigning â€œpersonalâ€ attributes to God, and deciding that they know what God â€œwantsâ€.
As for proving that any interpretation of God exists, we have to be on to a looser. Can we define either God or existence?

Anyway, Nostra whatshisname got nothing right. It was all generalisations. A good con though. I think the 21st century is in a bad state if people are still harping back to old hoaxers.

They may not talk like that all the time, but perfectly live Germans write that way!

Had a laugh at an EU conference some years back when the simultaneous interpreter asked "Please ask the chairman to speak quicker! He is using very formal German and we can't translate the sentences until he gets to the verb at the end."
