The show is at 6 o'clock on Sundays on BBC local radio for the eastern region:
BBC Radio Cambridgeshire 96.0 & 95.7 FM
BBC Essex 103.5 & 95.3 FM
BBC Radio Norfolk 95.1 & 104.4 FM 855 & 873 AM
BBC Radio Northampton 104.2 and 103.6 FM
BBC Radio Suffolk 103.9, 104.6, 95.5 & 95.9 FM
If you don't live within range, you can listen online to these local stations. Or if you want to listen at some other time there's always the podcast.

Incidentally, the rest of the website generally is worth a look if you haven't already...

Tho' actually since we're on BST at the moment I guess it's not strictly at 6 GMT at this time of year. But that's a technicality.

I am afraid you can only get the internet one yes, if you go to the homepage at 6pm on a sunday though you can listen live from a link which will automagically appear there. Otherwise you can listen to the podcasts:
