The legend that goes with it is "huh?" - and seems to be saying "I don't believe you said that" or "what did you really mean by that", or "I don't believe you meant what it looks like you meant".

Ofcourse, the trouble is, when you use symbols that people don't regularly use, and are not familiar with using, you can never be sure that the guy using the symbol really meant what you thing the symbol ought to mean  []
