...so, having taken over the world's electricity grid, you want to take over communications and entertainment, too?
The ITU-R has a naming scheme for radio stations which allocates some letters to each country as the start of radio station names. The ITU-R also allocates the usage of radio frequencies, especially if they cross national boundaries (or the boundary of space).
See:
https://www.itu.int/en/ITU-R/Pages/default.aspx
Each country then has its own system for uniquely allocating station names and frequencies so they don't clash. But taking out an official station license will cost you a considerable amount of money, and it takes a lot of power and a large staff to run a transmitter.
In many countries, there is the "official" station name, but you can have a marketing name that is anything you like (as long as it isn't already taken). It makes sense to choose a marketing name that relates to your audience - I'm not sure how many people here can recommend a good name in Hindi, or in your local Indian language...
Bear in mind that FM radio has a range of perhaps 20-50km, depending on transmit power, transmitter location and the local terrain.
If you want to take over world telecommunications, you may be better to set up a station on the internet - the licensing fees are very modest (eg $US20 per year), and you can reach people all around the world.
- People these days are less satisfied with 1-way broadcasting; the younger generation wants something they can interact with, which is easier on the internet than on radio.
...by the way, have you thought out what type of content you would like to broadcast?

Has your country's spectrum licensing organisation assigned you a frequency yet? Available FM spectrum is in limited supply but very great demand - which means that it will cost a lot of money and take a long time (if ever).
Or did you decide to take the Internet approach?
