I slept about 1 and a half hours last night! So this morning between 5:00Am and 6:30 Am..I try way sooner, but have not much luck. a week ago I got 3 or 4 good nights then boom back to the old grind..

I start thinking I am sleepy around midnight here. UK time on forum clock would be about 8:00 am but usually between 2:00am and 3:00 am My time, Then I am up by 6:00 am my time. UK time 2:00 PM some times earlier UK time!usually because I have to go to work.I like to have time awake before I go to work!

Well Sometimes it IT IS AWFUL, but most of the time I just smile and make do. No point in being grumpy!..LOL The one problem I see is that I am alrady an emotional gal and lack of sleep makes me more emotional.. therefore you tend to get over sensitive sometimes when you really shouldn't be!

I work all day until six at night and 8:00 at night on some nights. Then I come home and relax on here and eat dinner and turn into a computer nut!
