What is the chemical basis for ammonium hydroxide's use as a cleaner?
1. It's basic and basic compounds de-grease.
2. It's water plus a gas, so it doesn't leave a solid compound after drying, so you don't have to rinse after the use.

Buy online bulk at manufacturers of ammonium hydroxide solution, also known as ammonia water, ammonium hydroxide, ammoniacal liquor, ammonia liquor, aqua ammonia, aqueous ammonia, or (inaccurately) ammonia, is a solution of ammonia in water. It can be denoted by the symbols NH3(aq).
