Maybe no one back then knew what the time was, like it had to be re-defined?

My point here is that the measurement of time as we record it has a significant association with the idea of faith. Of course its a type of taboo to challenge that, and perhaps why the arrow of time has remained a kept basis of theory for millennia. It would be difficult to add more theory to the arrow, would it not?

Nice, I didn't expect that.

For all those who are not aware of our temporal calendar, time is on an astronomical level, quite basically, measured as the time it takes for the planet to rotate around the sun, 365 1/4 days, each day rotating through a set 24 hours, night to day. In that day we have 24 hours, each hour 60 minutes, and each minute 60 seconds.

We Ok now?

Time is basically a way we "measure" the movement of objects in space with the aim of creating a common repeating standard.

So....we measure everything with an arbitrary determination of spatial change called "time".....and yet that "ruler" like space use to be a ruler as measurement (once upon a time without considering the theorised BBT) is "just a ruler"?

Terrible news for you, disco died, was buried, discovered under a carpark, dug up by tony robinsons dad, put  in the british  museum and after many many years of lobbying by the US, finally returned to the natives of san fransisco to be reunited with the other relics.

Ha ...ha...um..haa.

I was focusing on cats, 70's cats, like Jesus came back and realised Aquarius was swimming.

Well then i guess made my point that time is perspective, by me not knowing of the lingo that you hip daddios used in the swinging 60s it was really a cunning plan to illustrate it to you. Cheeky old codger, slow indeed.

So....it seems the future is the only thing all of us has in common.

Nope the present, if that exists. If time exists at all.
