It seems a relatively simple idea unless the chemicals are rare/expensive/dangerous why can you not organise it !

I need to calculate concentrations, temperatures, have sensors to measure something etc. It's not baking cakes!

This sounds like designing an experiment, rather than conducting an experiment.

Or you could view it as a campaign of experimentation, testing various mixtures and concentrations.

But as BoredChemist says, a chemist could tell you much of this by just looking at the chemical reaction you are interested in...
