The Universal Brain

I have watched some science programs and there is one that brings up this idea. There has been a "mapping" of the visible Universe. When shown as a whole there are clumps and strings connecting the entire picture. I also watch show on medical science. In one there was a scan of the electrical activity of the human brain. When comparing both it is very strange but they seem eerily similar.

The pictures also remind me of the "canals on Mars"- probably for much the same reason.

I could only find these photos. Sadly, I do not remember the exact shows where the better examples could be seen. Side by side they were almost identical. Some think we are only the dream of a larger being and then you see these pictures. Makes you think twice.......and then go and get a beer from the frig.  :-)
