Sunburn pattern looks like motorbike goggles. So we're looking for a Neanderthal with a bike and a Hitler moustache. Should narrow it down, even in Norfolk.

Just down the road in Cambridge, a bloke stole some magnets from a hardware shop a couple of years ago. The shopkeeper wanted to put his CCTV image in the local paper but the police objected that it would infringe his human rights. Story made the radio and national papers. The shopkeeper  posted the photos in the shop window. The thief walked into a police station and filed a complaint.   

So the Norfolk fuzz presumably have decided to insult their suspect in the hope that he will do the same.

Norfolk Police said: "We couldn't comment on current e-fits as that might jeopardise investigations."

Translation: We can't keep a straight-face when looking at it.
