Is it possible to grow barnacles in some sort of artificial environment

How can i grow ocean barnacles in something like a fish tank or other life supporting apparatus.

You need a lot of wave action, like on ocean rocks or seagoing ships.

You will need to produce a barnacle's diet, temp, light, and water chemistry.   Or pipe in or batch ocean water.
