Hello!

How to calculate the mass transfer due to diffusion through an area? What is the equation?

Thanks!

Thanks but too complex and I have many unknowns.

Is there a real example?

E.g. 5g of oxygen per minute pass through 1m2 in a 1M oxygen water solution

Also, is the area the macroscopic area or the microscopic area?
For example, if I have a membrane of 1m2 and I contract it and wrinkle it so that the macroscopic area is 0.5m2 but the wrinkled area is still 1m2, which area does Fick's law consider?

Is there a real example?
Yes.
And, once again we are into your bizzare world where it makes sense to ask
"can you give me an answer to every question please?".

Why do you do this?

I am sorry that reality is too complicated for you to understand.
It is unrealistic to imagine that we will change reality.
Have you considered increasing your level of understanding by learning things?
