Why Did I Kick The Wall In My Sleep ?
« on: 14/12/2019 13:00:56 »
This isn't fair. I hardly get any sleep as it is and last night I kicked the wall when I was sleeping and I'm pretty sure I was dreaming about defending myself and I know that the kick was a real life interpretation of what i was dreaming about.

How does this happen ?

Is it akin to sleep walking ?

Why Did I Kick The Wall In My Sleep ?

Thank ewe

Hi,
Muscle twitching is sometimes associated with poor blood circulation in the joints. This is a hereditary feature. With trembling movements, extra blood enters the joints.
If your day was stormy and emotional, then the body, even in a dream, sometimes cannot relieve stress. Squeezing the muscles, he discharges them.
