Magnetic Bracelets 'Ease Arthritis Pain'

I’ve been suffering from arthritis pain and found some interesting articles on magnetic therapy on the net. The article suggest that wearing a magnetic bracelet can ease pain caused by arthritis of the hips and knees, UK researchers have shown.
The current British Medical Journal study found a significant reduction in pain scores among 65 wearers.
GP Dr Tim Harlow and colleagues conducted some studies on a group of patients and results were very encouraging. Reductions in pain scores were reported by the patients wearing the standard strength bracelets. I would be interested to buy such magnetic belt or attachment. Any help would be appreciated.

Ohh... Maybe they're not out for sale quite yet, until they get all the safety procedures sorted out, and more experiments. Bladdy blah, it's so complicated now..

The magnets have been on sale for years now. I have tried them, but for me no difference at all there.
But let me tell you what does work, at least for me:
I have very severe Osteo Arthritis, in fact the doctor had to check that he had the right photies as he said this can't be your x-ray, these knees belong to 60-70 year old, not 30 year old.
The double checked and found that it was really my knees.
I spent almost 10 years in pain, eating painkillers that is the only thing doctors give for arthritis, well then my tummy started to get upset because of the strong painkillers. My problems started when I was 20, I have had approx 20 cortisone shots in my knees and spent small fortune on pain and swelling recusing medicines.
That's when I thought to myself, right THAT'S it, I will fix it myself so that I will not need to take pain medication.
And you know what... I did it.
There are few secrets to it and I am 99% painfree and take no more painkillers WOHOO!
So there is 3 things I take>
Cats Claw (bark of a tree from Peru, so a natural herb)
Cod liver oil capsules
Glucosamine
Arthritis oil (aromatherapy blend that I created over 2 years to get it JUST right)
I try to take them daily but now that the pains are gone, I remember only about once a week.
If my knees ever get hurting, I put the special secret formula of arthritis oil into my knees in the evening before bed ( the one sold on the aromatherapy section of my website newbielink:http://www.universalessence.co.uk
[nonactive]
), and hoplaa by morning it is all GONE.
Painkillers did not get anywhere close to these results.
I have also sold this oil to few work mates who suffer from arthritis, and they are mucho's impressed, it really truly works. It took me 2 years to get the recepy right for it but it was worth it!!
It is the most impressive thing I have seen so far in aromatherapy and other people's trials have confirmed that I have found something natural and magical that truly works.
And after living with pain for so long, it is just so wonderful to be rid of it.
Initially when I got better with my knees I was ranting and raving on every possible forum and message board how this stuff really worked and how happy I was that I had found the end to my pain, at the time I did not have this website and forum. So by the time I got the website up and running, the whole thing had kinda faded to the backround, and of course, because I was no longer in pain!!!
And yes, this oil also helps with rheumatism and combining it with Cat's Claw is a magical combo. My good friend and Aunt suffers with rhematism of the back, as did my father (very severe) bless his soul that is now painfree. Aunt used to wake up around 3am due to pain and not get much sleep after that and spent lots of nights awake in pain, cat's claw and aromatherapy have helped her so she now sleeps through the night!!!
I have had back pains since I was 17 or so and have suspected rheumatism, but so far I have not been diagnosed. My knees were a bigger problem. I also go to gym and do weight training as it helps keep my back strong as well as the muscles around my knees. To balance the Yin and the Yang here I then do Yoga and Chi Gung which all help to keep me in best shape I can with my hectic work schedule which involves A LOT of sitting hunched over a computer.
So from my father side I got the bad back, on the other hand my knee problems come from my mother side. My grandmother who is 85 had number of surgeries on her knees and finally replacement knees. My mother has had surgery on both her knees for arthtritis before she was 50, so my outlook for aging was ' you will suffer' and I was just not willing to just accept it, SOMETHING had to be done. This brought me to the wonderfull world of natural remedies and aromatherapy, and now life is just wonderful.
I may have to one day have surgery or even replacement knees, but I belive I can push that time into quite far future now which is a true blessing.
If this story helps someone, my work here is done.... [:I]

Should you still want to try the magnets, search google with words 'magnets for arthristis' and you will find thousands of pages. However for me they were a waste of money.
