I sugest, smear some butter thinly on a plate, put it in the fridge, then test the window cleaner - if it easily cuts through the fat it should be good, otherwise no. I'd try meths in a spray bottle remembering that it's imflamable.

Soap and water will deactivate the virus.
So would just leaving it a few days.
The soap will also clean the window.
But a virus on a window isn't a problem unless you plan to lick it or something.

Depends on the window cleaner, chances are if it says "warning" or "in the case of ingestion consult...." then yes, in that concentration. If it is water and vinegar in a bottle probably not, the concentration will not be high enough. Concentration and time is the key, for uv light alcohol bleach, and everything else.
