Hi! I was wondering: does white tea also have health benefits as supposedly green tea has? All three kinds: black, green and white are called tea (I would love for someone to explain that issue as well). It is also said that black tea can be beneficial for health but it shouldn't be drank in excess because it does include some caffeine. However, green tea seems to be the game with antioxidants. Although, I have read somewhere (but nothing scientific) that green tea causes teeth to get weaker, is that true? My main question though is: does white tea have any beneficial factors towards health?
it regulates cholesterol.
