What is flush niacin for cholesterol?
« on: 07/10/2020 14:24:24 »
John asks:

Can you please explain flush vs non flush niacin? I take flush niacin and store brand psyllium to keep my cholesterol below recommended threshold. It also seems to help the ratio of "good" to "bad" cholesterol.

Can you help?
