Sue asks:
If a person still tests positive for COVID-19 21 days after a first positive test - no symptoms - are they still a risk to others or not? Government guidelines are that they are safe after 14 days.

Depends on the test. If it is for virus, then you certainly are infectious. If for antibodies, you might not be.
