It's a good idea to tell the nurse/doctor about that before giving you the injection - so they don't panic, call an ambulance, etc.

Personally, I prefer to look the other way when people stick needles in my arm...

I suggest that you don't do that.

They need to get through a lot of injections every hour, and if you consume the attention of one medical professional for 30 minutes, that is 5-10 people who are going to miss out on their vaccination.

The first person to complain that you hurt them will bankrupt you, whether you actually hurt them or not. In the case of actual harm, you could be tried and imprisoned for assault or criminal negligence. If you are not a registered healthcare professional, certified paramedic or medical technician, nobody will defend you.

The training is really interesting and along the way you may learn to deliver babies, work in a laboratory, jump out of aeroplanes, and a whole bunch of other skills including a lot of humility.

You are comparing apples with oranges. plane flying is an arduous task with all confusing needles,gauges, pointers and buttons.

Stabbing someone with a syringe does not require any real talent or skill. Want proof?

I can teach you to fly in 30 minutes. It's not much more difficult than sticking a needle into a muscle. Until something goes wrong.

Fortunately aeroplanes are a lot simpler than humans, and it only takes around 30 hours to perfect the emergency drills on a single type. With humans, you probably need a minimum of 300 hours to be let loose with a syringe because they are all different and don't obey the laws of aerodynamics.  Military paramedics can learn a new skill quickly (the army used to train radiographers in 3 months) because their patients are young, fit, and disciplined, but Joe Public is none of these, and is not fitted with gauges and pointers to tell you what is wrong, or a button to fix it.
