Miller Fisher Syndrome is an auto-immune attack on the myelin sheath of nerves.
- Sometimes it can be triggered by an infection, or occasionally by a vaccine
- Presumably, in these cases with a known trigger, there is some antigen in the infection (or in the vaccination that simulates an infection) which binds well enough to myelin to trigger this auto-immune condition.

Presumably, you have had this condition for over a year, so it was not triggered by SARS-COV2 (or a vaccine which simulates part of the SARS-COV2 virus).

But in all such cases, it is best to speak with your GP (or, even better, with the specialist treating your immunological condition).
