Hey!
I have heard about cfs but I do not have any experiences. I know for example that there is no test for cfs you can just exclude other diseases. The symptoms are extremely diverse and vary from person to person. Firstly, you can feel dizzy or sick and have sleep problems. You can also have a sore throat and muscle or joint pain. Moreover, you can have abnormal and fast heartbeates. Problems with memory and concentration are also possible symptoms. A lot of the symptoms are similar to flu-symptoms. So I guess the diagnosis is not really easy.

Thank you for your answer!
I already heard that the symptoms are divers and that most people never get the diagnosis cfs because there is no test for it. Maybe someone has the diagnosis and can help me with my questions?

Hello! I have no personal experience with cfs, however, I have recently seen a documentary about a dancer who has been diagnosed with cfs. At first, she started experiencing extreme tiredness and often felt dizzy. It took months before she was actually diagnosed with the disease since there are no specific tests to determine whether one has cfs. After the illness had reached its peek, she was no longer able to dance since she needs to sleeps most of the day and every tiny bit of exercise is too exhausting for her.
The symptoms of cfs can vary but extreme fatigue, dizziness and concentration issues are most common.
I hope that helps.
