The approval process confirmed that there are no animal products in the Pfizer or AstraZenica vaccines.

I understand that the Novavax protein-based vaccine is grown in Moth cells (not real moths).

The Astra-Zeneca vaccine is a live virus, which is grown in human cells (not real humans).

All live-virus vaccines (eg Johnson & Johnson) must be grown in a culture of some animal cell.
- After all, SARS-COV2 uses human cells as factories to produce more SARS-COV2 virus...
